Unfortunately this bill is limited to "Covid-19 vaccination" only and doesn't cover Covid-20, or Covid-21, or any other disease.  At best the bill allows those prevented from to get back to work

Its a "private members bill" put forward by Pierre Poilievre. These don't often become law.

 

But perhaps with enough public pressure this bill can pass.  Time to engage your NDP and liberal MPs
